London‑based Quantum Pacific has acquired Bentall GreenOak’s 26‑story 101 Greenwich Street in Manhattan for over $100 million. They plan to explore office‑to‑residential conversion in partnership with Metro Loft Management. The previous owner had invested $295 million in purchase and renovation since 2016. The building offers 476,000 sq ft of Class A office space across 26 floors.
